DR YSR Aarogyasri Health Card Status Check AP Using Aadhar Card Number | Apply Online ysraarogyasri.ap.gov.in: Andhra Pradesh honorable Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has introduced the “YSR Aarogyasri” Health Scheme at www.ysraarogyasri.ap.gov.in. The main objective of this scheme is to provide free healthcare to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, working journalists, private employees, pensioners, and APL families. This scheme offers cashless treatments, high-quality medical services, free food and transportation, and free counseling services. Moreover, every year up to Rs.5 lakhs health coverage will be provided to each family.

Implementation of the scheme: This is the flagship scheme of all health advantages of the state government with an aim to provide good healthcare to poor people. Certainly, the objective of the Andhra Pradesh government is to attain “health for all” in order to enable the real implementation of the scheme. Therefore the government has set up the DR YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust for implementation and execution of the scheme. Hence people who are below the poverty line with white ration cards linked with an Aadhar card are eligible to apply for this scheme.   

Main Objectives of Dr YSR Aarogyasri

1. The main objectives of this Scheme are listed below
2.   To provide good quality and free health care to BPL families, either a person or the family as a whole can get a reimbursement of Rs.1.5 lakhs.

III.  An additional benefit of Rs.50, 000 is provided to manage expenditures when the treatment amount crosses Rs.1.5 lakhs.

1.   Financial protection for more than 938 medical and surgical treatments related to the heart, liver, pediatric congenital malformations, kidney, lung, pancreas, or burns can be availed.
2. Children below 6 years can also avail protection for cochlear implant surgery along with auditory-verbal therapy. The total amount will be reimbursed for the treatment is Rs.6.5 lakhs per case.

New Feature of the scheme of  DR YSR Aarogyasri

• This scheme benefits the people whose treatment cost crosses Rs.1, 000
• 150 super-specialty hospitals located in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore will also be included in the Aarogyasri network
• patients will be given financial aid of Rs.225 per day, to a maximum of Rs.5000 per month, during the resting period after the operation
• Nearly 510 World Health Organization (WHO) standards  medicines will be made available in government hospitals
• The government will issue 1.42 crores cards with QR codes across the state
• Free treatment will be given to cancer disease patients from February 2020 onwards
• To maintain health record for every 350 families one Asha worker will be given

Eligibility Criteria for this DR YSR Aarogyasri scheme

eligibility criteria to apply for YSR Aarogyasri Health Scheme are given below

1. Any family having white ration cards allotted by the Civil Supplies Department are suitable to apply for this scheme.
2. Outsourcing, contract, part-time employees, and sanitation workers with an annual income of the family should be less than Rs.5 lakhs.
3. Applicant must have less than 35 acres (wet and dry) land
4. A person must have municipal property tax-paying families for less than 3000 SQ FT (334 sq. Yards)
5. Any individual whose name and photo appear on BPL ration card or Health card and suffering from any chronic diseases are qualified to avail benefits under this scheme
6. Applicant those who have more than one car then they are not eligible for this scheme

How to Apply for Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Card:

• Log on to the official page of ysraarogyasri
• Then click on click here to enroll on left side 
• Enter your Aadhar number and click on Go option
• Then OTP will be generated to the registered mobile number
• Enter the OTP number on the space given and click on verify OTP
• Next page will be displayed with all member of the family and eligibility is shown 
• On this, you can Add Family member, Apply and Download the card
• Check the eligibility clearly and if you are eligible for the scheme click on apply
• Next page will be displayed will the beneficiary detail which was appeared on Aadhar card
• Check the details and enter your card number and click on Register 
• Then click on disclaimer and continue with payment option
• After the payment of the premium, the application will be submitted successfully.

1. To check the status applicants have to log on to the official website 
2. Enter your Aadhar number and click on Go option
3. Then OTP will be generated to the Aadhar registered mobile number
4. Enter the OTP number on the space given and click on verify OTP
5. On the next page, you can add the family member name, download the card and Apply for a new card
6. Then select the download option 
7. Next window will display the card with all family member names
8. Then click on the print option.
