Realme narzo 20 pro review in hindi, review of realme narzo 20 pro

Realme Narzo 20 Pro comes equipped with some interesting specifications and it is also interesting that this is the first device in the Narzo series to come with this 'Pro' badge. The price of the Narzo 20 Pro starts at Rs 14,999 and there are very few phones that offer the same hardware and features as the Narzo 20 Pro at this price. However, these specifications and price make the Narzo 20 Pro stand out against its other brother Realme 7. The specifications of the Narzo 20 are quite similar to the Realme 7. So the question arises, which one should you choose? We are reviewing Realme Narzo 20 Pro to know this.

Realme Narzo 20 Pro design

Reality Narzo 20 Pro design of Realme 7 (Review) Quite matches. As a result, you get to see two phones of similar design belonging to two different series. We do something similar Realme Narzo 20 (Review) And Realme c15 Also seen with Realme has placed a different pattern on the back of the Narzo 20 Pro and introduced it with different color options. In this, there is a hole-punch in the upper left corner of the front. The phone has a 6.5-inch display.

Like the Realme 7, the Narzo 20 Pro has a fingerprint scanner on the power button. Thankfully, the volume buttons are set on the other side of the device, saving you from accidentally pressing them.

The Narzo 20 Pro has a quad-camera setup. This camera module looks similar to the module on Realme 7, but Realme has replaced the primary sensor. The back panel has a V-shaped pattern, which glows when the light falls. The Glossy back panel captures fingerprints quite easily, but Realme has included a cover in the box, which can be used to avoid these marks.

Realme has used a 4,500mAh battery in the Narzo 20 Pro, which is slightly smaller than the Realme 7. These are actually two 2,250mAh cells, to make charging faster. The Narzo 20 Pro comes with 65 watts Superdart charging technology and the good thing is that the charger that supports the same capacity is found in the box. The Narzo 20 Pro weighs 191 grams, which is not much, given its size and battery capacity.

Realme Narzo 20 Pro specifications

The similarities of this phone with Realme 7 are not limited to design only. Both phones come with the same processor. Reality has opted for the MediaTek Helio G95 chipset in the Narzo 20 Pro. It is an octa-core processor, consisting of two Cortex-A76 cores running at 2.05 GHz clock speed and six Cortex-A55 cores running at 2 GHz. It has two options with 64 GB storage with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage with 8 GB RAM. We had its top variant for review, which costs 16,999. The base model has been launched at a price of Rs 14,999.

You get a 90Hz full-HD + display on the Narzo 20 Pro. High-refresh rate panels are not very common at this price, but Realme has already offered them on some models. The Narzo 20 Pro sets the refresh rate on the phone by function. However you can also set it by yourself. The temperature of its panel colors can also be set manually.

Narzo 20 Pro runs on the Realme UI based on Android 10 and our unit had an August Android Security patch. Realme UI has some customizations like App Lock, which can be used to lock apps. Apart from this, private space is available, which gives you the option to protect your photos, videos and other files with a password. The UI is very easy to use and we ran it without any problems. There were also some pre-installed apps in Realme Narzo 20 Pro, such as Facebook, Realme Community, Reality Pay and some other apps and we would advise you to uninstall them if you do not want to use them.

Realme Narzo 20 Pro performance

The Narzo 20 Pro did not give us a chance to complain of any kind in everyday use. The apps loaded quickly and switching between them was also smooth. The fingerprint scanner and face unlock feature work with precision and speed to unlock the device. Even the Narzo 20 Pro can handle heavy usage comfortably.

We played Call of Duty: Mobile on a smartphone and it played by default on the mid graphics preset. With this default settings the game ran smoothly without any lag. We played the game for 15 minutes and noticed that the battery fell by 6 percent and the phone screen was moderately hot to touch.

The battery life of Reality Narzo 20 Pro was quite good. The phone in our use lasted one and a half days easily. Even if you are a heavy user, you should get one day battery backup. In our HD video loop test, the Narzo 20 Pro lasted 20 hours and 12 minutes on one charge, which is great. The icing on the cake is that Realme offers a 65W Superdart charger with the phone. It charged the phone by 50 percent in just fifteen minutes and it took about 40 minutes for the phone to be fully charged. It is quite fast and there is currently no phone offering such charging speed at this price.

Realme Narzo 20 Pro cameras

The Narzo 20 Pro gets a quad-camera setup, with a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle camera, a 2-megapixel black and white portrait camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The camera app is very easy to use and commonly used modes can be accessed by swiping on the main screen. A sub-menu is available for additional shooting modes.

The Narzo 20 Pro takes 12-megapixel shots by default and offers decent dynamic range. AI is able to detect which scene the camera is going to capture, so it sets the camera accordingly. The colors were accurate and the subject on the far side also had good details. The wide-angle camera offers low resolution outputs and a noticeable drop in quality was also noticed. The barrel effect also appeared on the edges. You also have the option of taking shots at full 48-megapixel resolution, but the shots taken from it were not as good and when zooming in shots we found the same effect as watercolor.

The close-up shots were good and the camera was able to capture sharp details with soft background blur (blurring). Portrait shots were fine too, but we noticed that AI was not able to detect the subject well. However, it makes facial recognition easier. This also allowed us to determine the level of blur before taking a shot. The macro camera gives you a chance to capture the subject very closely, but the resolution is low and the photos did not get very sharp.

Camera performance was average in low light and photos appeared flat. Switching to night mode brought better details, but the phone takes about three seconds to capture every shot. The wide-angle camera does not capture much light compared to the primary camera. Although it is capable of capturing large area. There is also an option to take photos in night mode using a wide-angle camera, but there is a slight difference in lightness.

The selfie taken with the Reality Narzo 20 Pro was fine. You can also take portrait shots using a selfie camera and this gives you the opportunity to set the level of blur. The portraits were good. The low-light selfie was below average.

Verdict

Realme Narzo 20 Pro comes equipped with some powerful hardware and can meet the needs of the power user. The Helio G95 chipset can handle heavy apps and games easily and the large battery provides good backup. Most impressive is the included 65W fast charging support, which takes this phone a step ahead of its rivals. However the low-light camera performance needs some improvement.

If its camera performance does not matter much to you, then Narzo 20 Pro is a good performer according to the price. However, this phone and actually Realme 7 (Review) There is not much difference, so Reality 7 also comes as a suitable option.
