APNA CSC Status: Common Services Centres Scheme (CSC) is one of the parts of the National e-Governance Plan. CSCs will offer cost-effective video and high-quality voice and data content and facilities, in the areas of e-governance, health, education, telemedicine, entertainment as well as other private services. The aim of the CSC is that it will offer web-enabled e-governance services in rural areas, with certificates, application forms, and utility payments such as telephone, electricity, and water bills. Therefore the main objective CSC is to develop a platform that can permit Government, private and social sector organizations to support their social and commercial goals for the benefit of the rural population in the distant corners of the country through a combination of IT-based as well as non-IT-based services.
CSC Registration Eligibility Requirement
Candidates must be eligible enough to apply for CSC registration. So they must read the eligibility criteria carefully before registration
(i). Age: The minimum age limit of applicants must be 18 years.
(ii). Educational Qualification: Applicant must have qualified class 10th from any recognized board
(iii). Other requirements:
(a). The applicant should be village youth above 18 years of age.
(b). There is no restriction on gender
(c). VLE should have basic knowledge of computers
(d). Applicants must have fluency in reading and writing the local language and should have basic knowledge of English
(e). VLE must be interested enough to serve local people, to disband their responsibilities with honesty and to be a key driver of social change by bringing CIT enabled services.
CSC Registration Process: the government of India has established the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) with the vision of providing all government services in a combined manner at the doorstep of the citizen at a reasonable cost. To attain this larger mission of the NeGP, the Department of Information and Technology (DIT), Government of India, has planned to rollout out 100,000+ Common Services Centers (CSCs) across the country particularly in rural areas. To be a part of CSC, one needs to apply for it. In order to apply, one needs to register themselves in the portal through online mode. Here are some steps CSC registered.
How to apply for CSC online:
The process to Register for A Common Service Centre (CSC) and Starting a New CSC in Your Area and Check Status Online- Any person who wants to open the CSC and fulfills the eligibility can apply online.
(a). Log on to the CSC Portal i.e. www.csc.gov.in
(b). Click on Interested to become a CSC on the left side of the home page
(c). Click on Link given For CSC Registration, Click Here
(d). Enter your Aadhar Number in the required box
(e). After that choose the authentication Option from IRIS/ Finger Print/ One Time Password then click on Proceed
(f). Applicants have to pass through OTP Process
(g). Click on Generate OTP (Personal details of the applicant will automatically get filled from the Aadhar database. Candidate needs to fill other details like Mobile Number and Email Id will be taken from Aadhar Card; the same can’t be changed until a change is not made in Aadhar.)
(h). Upload the Geo-tagged Image of Centers
(i). Click on Submit Option.
How to Check APNA CSC Status Application ID Status:
After the successful completion, the CSC registration applicants can check (APNA CSC Status) application status whenever they want with the help of the application number.
(i). applicants have to visit the CSC official portal www.csc.gov.in
(ii). on the homepage, they are required to click on click here to check the link under the option “Account Status”.
(iii). They have to fill all the essential details such an Aadhar Number, Name, Authentication type and have to click on the Submit button after entering the captcha code
(iv). then click on the submit button
(v). on the next page, your application status will appear on the screen.
